NJP-800 Capsule Filling MachineNJP series automatic capsule filling machine is a new product specially improved by our company according to the market experience. The whole machine adopts arc design, the equipment flow line is smooth and the appearance is atmospheric. The equipment adopts PLC programming, man-machine interface operation, touch screen display. Automatic alarm display for running faults or lack of materials, automatic shutdown, and automatic elimination of alarms after troubleshooting. The machine also has the functions of password input, parameter setting, data printing, zero clearing and so on. All the main key parts of the machine such as transmission shaft, CAM, bearing are imported materials, reliable quality, is the first choice for filling capsule drugs ideal equipment, and fully comply with GMP requirements.SpecificationMACHINE FEATURES1. The equipment adopts internal CAM drive, reduces the center of gravity of the equipment, stable high-speed operation state, adopts Ferguson drive, small vibration, high-speed operation noise is less than 75dB, the dose difference is controlled within 3%-5% (depending on the powder situation);2. The rotating part is completely closed, automatic lubrication system can be added, and the working table is free of oil, avoiding cross-contamination with drugs;3.
